Here at Tie Me Up, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you must notify us in writting via email or below fax within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your request faster, you must provide your full details, order number, reason for return, and choice of refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will then gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note - no returns or exchanges on clearance items.
In instances where we don't have the item in stock, we will notify you by email and give you the option of (1) choosing another item or (2) refunding your purchase. Please note: all products must be returned with packaging in their original condition, unworn, and with a copy of the invoice.
