Regarding Monies:

• All prices are in Australian dollars.
• Overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur are not included in the purchase and postal price.
• The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is debited to your credit card (If your choice of payment is to debit your credit card), based on the exchange rate used by your credit card company.

Regarding Exchanges/Refunds:

• Customers can exchange any item if they are unhappy with the purchase for any reason.
• Customers must notify us in writting by emailing tiemeuptiemeup@tpg.com.au  within 7 days of delivery.
• To help us process your request faster, you must provide your full details, order number, reason for return, and choice of refund or exchange.  
• Items that you wish to exchange must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All products must be returned with packaging in their original condition, unworn, and with a copy of the invoice. If the item has been worn or damaged in any way, the cost will not be refunded.
• Once the item has been received by Tie Me Up a replacement item will be shipped as a replacement without charge.
• If items are not returned to Tie Me Up within 30 days of delivery, no exchange or refund will be given.
• The total amount for the returned items will be refunded to the card holders original credit card debit in Australian dollars.
• Returns or exchanges on Gift Cards/Vouchers will not be accepted.
• We do not refund/exchange due to customers providing incorrect delivery details.

Regarding Stock

All Items displayed on our website are currently in stock.  If for some reason there is an error in our inventory and stock for an item is actually not available, we will contact you immediantly to let you know the expected delay times for shipping of that item or give you the option to choose another item.
